Japan and China, Again: September
2011
Konnichi-wa again! If you're reading this, your persistence is noted. This time it's a 3 week visit, mostly in Tokyo, but with two short trips to Dalian, China, and Sapporo, Hokkaido.
This trip is 6 months after the Tohoku earthquake and tsunami and the subsequent nuclear accident. We still have regular earthquakes in the Tokyo area, here's a log of the ones I felt.
9/21/11: Typhoon Roke is coming! Tonight it's a cat 4, decreasing to a tropical storm tomorrow (forecasted). When it rains, it pours. So to speak.
